Changes and improvements since CBPaint 2 V1.10

- Under Smart Edit 8, all rendered CBPaint 2 scenes are also added to the scene bin again
- New effect: "Blur" -> "Deinterlace" - With this effect, you can reduce the amount of line flickering (found with finely structured objects)
- Fixed problem with importing 1-frame long scenes
- When scrubbing along a layer, the image is updated on both, the video and VGA monitor
- During installation, all saved projects and brushes from CBPaint are kept
