He fell in love with her through his camera lens.  She fell for his compassion and the special effects he used that made her cry in the editing of her parents’ 35th wedding anniversary video on a unique editing system called a Casablanca.  Dave Allegre and Grace Malinag got engaged last Valentine’s Day and were married this Valentine’s weekend in Norfolk.
