We are always happy to hear from you. A few words about the positive aspects of a product is always welcome but we also want to hear what you don't like. This is the only way of making us aware of the problems so that we can change them in the future.

Ideas for product improvements
Even though Casablanca already offers a wide array of functions, there will always be room for improvement. Many ideas concerning product improvement have already been collected and are used for future developments, be it a special kind of effect you may have seen on TV or an idea for the user-interface. Send us your requests and ideas in writing.

Bugs and error reports
The fact that Casablanca is a dream to use and work with covers the complexity and complications of the product within. Our developers are only human. It may well be, that errors slip into the software making it problematic to work. Should you encounter such an error (or bug as they are known) let us know about it. It is important that you let us know about the functions you have used while the error occurred. If possible, again - send it in writing. Our employees will forward the errors to our developers.
