Research and development
Developers from all over Germany contribute to developing new and further developing existing software and hardware products. Our main R&D office is located near Frankfurt and is perhaps the most important MacroSystem department.

Sales
The sales department is the direct contact to our dealers.
Since the company does not supply customers directly, our dealers are always the link between MacroSystem and our customers. 
MacroSystem does its utmost to ensure customers receive the best service possible through its network of selected dealers.

Workshop / technical services
Our own team in the technical services department is at hand if ever a Casablanca unit does develop a fault. The department's aim is to sort out any problems as quickly and reliably as possible.

Support
You can turn to our young and dynamic support team with any of your technical questions. They have an open ear for you and look forward to helping sort out any problems.

Logistics
The entire logistics operation is carried out by the central warehouse in Wetter. The warehouse's storage capacity was increased considerably in 2002.

Purchasing / production
MacroSystem does not have its own production facilities. Instead this task is carried out in the town of Paderborn by Flextronics AG, a company with which MacroSystem has been cooperating closely for some years now.
The purchasing department in Wetter coordinates the work carried out by this production partner and is responsible for supplying all the products to be sold.

Accounting
This department is responsible for all the bookkeeping and annual accounts. The monthly reports on costs and achieved sales is the most important information for managing the company.

Legal / personnel
The number of employees is growing continuously. The personnel department looks after them and it is the first place employees turn to with both small and larger problems.
The strong growth of the company and associated increase in legal complexity requires that it has a capable legal department.
