There are two Info-buttons.

One can be found in the menu "install products". You can see additional information about each product in the product list (font-packages, effect-packages,...).

Even if a product is just installed as a demo-version, you can get information or a short user's manual.

 

All effect menus (transitions, image processing, titling) offer an info-button that gives a short description about the selected effect.
